Free Legal Workshop! Click above to obtain more information about a free workshop our district is offering for parents, students, staff, and community regarding legal services related to Health Law. This workshop will include a general overview of Medi-Cal expansion and Medi-Cal Services for children in addition to an explanation of Public Charge. The workshop is offered in Spanish and English.

We are excited to share the incredible news that Montebello Community Day School (MCDS) has been recognized as an Inaugural 2024 Model Community Day School by the California Department of Education! MCDS is one of eight schools selected in the entire State of California, and only one of two schools selected in Los Angeles County. This prestigious award is in its inaugural year and focuses specifically on Community Day Schools.

We are excited to announce that Bell Gardens High School’s AVID program (Advancement Via Individual Determination) has been revalidated as a National Demonstration School. This distinction recognizes schools that have successfully implemented the AVID College Readiness System as models for other schools.
